Wadsworth reports on his flock of sheep and process of perfecting the wool; he does not wish to hire out the manufacturing as he wishes to apply the proceeds of his operation to a large debt owed to Daniel Wadsworth of Hartford; lists prices of recent sales; would like to do business with Wolcott if he offers fair prices.
