Commisary account, New York, unsigned, primarily for barrels of salt. Written on the back of [i]The Constitutional Gazette[/i], 1775 Aug 12.

Several letters written continuously and labeled "John Ringe's power of attorney" on the verso.  He provides them rights to land in Shelburne, New Hampshire and permission to sell in shares. Provides terms for payment of purchasers and for Kirby and Law's commission. The last paragraph of the letter is a certification by Richard Cutts Shannon as to information he has received about the condition of the lands.
