The P Sample Series is a series of a twelve folders of cards in box 3 of the Lilac Hedges collection. The cards are all party invitations for various occasions. Because the cards are sample cards they are glued onto sheets of sturdy paper which has the price of cards as well as the organizational numbers printed onto the sheets. Two artists have signed artwork that is on the cards: Hilary Knight and Ralph P. Hinchman.

The P series is a series of nineteen folders of cards housed in box 3 of the Lilac Hedges collection. All the cards are party invitations for various occasions. The artists who have signed the artwork on the cards included: Hilary Knight, Ralph P. Hinchman, Gropp, Luyers, Harry Dunn, Plant, and Phillipe Cloës.

The Postcards and sheet-invitations series is comprised of one folder. The folder contains postcards and invitations for various occasions. One postcard has artwork signed by Ralph P. Hinchman, but none of the other postcards have signed artwork.

The T series is a series of three folders housed in box 3 of the Lilac Hedges collection. All the cards are “Thank you” cards. The only artwork that is signed in this series is signed by Ralph P. Hinchman.

The XC series is a series of six folders of cards in box 3 of the Lilac Hedges collection. The cards are all Christmas cards. Artists that have artwork that is signed on the cards include: Porter and Marcella Levin.

The Miscellaneous Sample Series is a series of four folders found in box 3 of the Lilac Hedges collection. The cards have no visible organizational number, but they are glued onto sturdy paper like the other sample cards. Artists who have signed their artwork include: Ralph P. Hinchman, Harry Dunn, and Hilary Knight.

The Miscellaneous Cards Series is a series of 9 folders of cards housed in box 3 of the Lilac Hedges collection. The cards have no organizational number on them. The cards appear mostly to be holiday cards. A majority of the signed artwork is signed by Ralph P. Hinchman and HD Bowman has signed some of the artwork.

Sample book 1 is an unbound sample book of cards stored in seven folders in box 3 of the Lilac Hedges collection. The sample book appears to be an early book; the first card in the book is the first card that Ralph P. Hinchman sold commercial (according to a note and oral history given by Elsa Hinchman-Clark). Artists that signed artwork in this sample book are Ralph P. Hinchman and HD Bowman.

Sample book 2 is a loose sample book that is stored in eleven folders in box 3 of the Lilac Hedges collection. The cards all appear to be holiday cards. Artists that have artwork signed on cards in the collection include: Jane Bodell, Nils Hogner, Frederickson, Carlis, and Ralph P. Hinchman.
