Scope and Contents The Philinda Elliott Papers, 2007-24-0, consist of promissory notes, receipt, and deeds from 1863-1894.  Two of the  promissory notes are signed by William Elliott.  The receipt is for burial expenses at the death of Philinda Elliott in 1894.  The deeds include lands purchased by Philinda Elliott, quit claimed to her, and taken in a lawsuit settlement.
