Letter to Mary Ann Goodrich Wolcott Whitehead from her step-sister and an unidentified Aunt. Stiles writes about family matters; describes an elegant dinner at Aunt Huntington's including turkey, ham, chicken, Carolina potatoes, puddings, custards, etc.. Her aunt expresses delight that Mary Ann has a crimson crepe as a reward for improvement; mentions the death of a woman with six children; gives other family news.
