Five notebooks, labeled "Gould's Lectures" on spine, consisting of George C. Woodruff's notes taken during law school lectures. Volume V: Real Property and Estates in Possession, Remainder, and Reversion; Estates upon Condition; Possession; Conditional Mortgages; Notice; Servalty; Joint Tenancy, Copercenary, and Common; Deeds; Execution; Devises; Fraudulent Conveyences; Trespass Quare Clausum Fregit; Ejectment; Waste; Powers of Chancery.
