Scope and Contents
Bound volume containing 52 pages of entries including entries for promissory notes, endorsements, interest, and payments to Elijah Boardman. Many entries include the initials of Boardman's sons, George Sherman Boardman and William Whiting Boardman as agents of the transactions. The last few pages were entered after Boardman's death, presumably by one of his sons. Six notes on loose pages formerly inserted in the volume have been removed for separate storage.
