Scope and Contents
Daniel Sheldon, Jr. (1780-1828) attended the Litchfield Law School in 1798. His one volume of law lecture notes from classes at the School includes the topics: Municipal Law, Husband and Wife; Parent and Child; Executors and Administrators; Contracts and Bailments; Action of Assumpsit; Private Wrongs; Mortgages; and Prerogative Writs.
