Woodruff family record book, 1816-1850

Scope and Contents
A record book with multiple entries. The first pages are minutes of meetings recorded by William H. Barns. The meetings were held in Woodbury and Middlebury and concern building a parsonage for the Society [possibly Baptist]. other officers were Salmon Bell, moderator; and Lemuel Phelps, treasurer. The last minutes are Jan 28, 1818. Following that there are accounts in no particular order from Litchfield and Torrington. In the center of the book, are vital records for members of the Woodruff family from 1790 to 1851.
