Official correspondence from Oliver Wolcott, while serving as Secretary of the Treasury Department, to Nathaniel Appleton, Commissioner of Loans, to inform him that the Treasurer of the United States will remit eighty thousand dollars in a draught on the Office of Discount and Deposit in Boston to enable Appleton to discharge interest that is coming due on stock.
